We are experienced operators, and when investing will play intimate operational roles in the business as it transitions away from existing owners, ensuring quality stays high, and staff are supported throughout the process. We operate these companies personally, or bring in specific people to support the business when required.

Finally, we are deeply experienced in implementing systems (both online or operational) to hold the business to account and allow for scale whilst improving the efficiency of employees.

Within customers and products to build resilience. We help companies reduce their dependency on a single sector, supplier, customer, or product. We intentionally focus on building anti-fragility through customer and sector targeting.
