We believe small to medium businesses are the heart of the Kiwi economy, and also an incredible investment opportunity.

We are looking for people who are aligned with us, and want to get the upside of to this hands on investment space, but don’t want to get into it themselves.

In a simplified way

You receive an overview of each investment opportunity that we have available, and you can participate in the ones you wish. There is no requirement for you to invest in every opportunity, giving you control over which companies you get involved with.

With strong base case returns

Our return varies by the type of investment, and the performance of the investment. However, we aim for a 6% to 12% dividend per year and a return to investors an IRR of >20% over the life of the investment.
